Q: How much does it cost to use your service?
A: It is free.
Q: Can I track the visitors of my Stormpay auctions?
A: No. Only eBay auctions can be tracked for now.
Q: I have multiple eBay accounts. Can I monitor the auctions of all my accounts?
A: You can associate up to 5 eBay User IDs on you VisiTra account.
Q: When I add an eBay username to my account, I am not asked to provide password for that username. How you know that I am the owner of this eBay account?
A: The system determines the ownership of the eBay accounts by detecting the placed tracking code on the auctions since only the real owner is able to place its code on their auctions.
Q: My tracking code is added but it doesn't detect any visitors activity. Why?
A: Ensure your tracking code is placed on the HTML view of the description of your item, but not on the Standard view. (See picture)
Q: How can I facilitate the process of placement of my tracking code?
A: We recommend the usage of the "Inserts" feature, available in the item description area on the eBay site. Once entered your tracking code will be available for placement by selecting it from the available drop-down menu.
To enter your tracking code, select "Create an Insert" from the drop-down menu and enter the name (e.g. VisiTra Code) and content of your insert. When you finish, click "Save" and your insert will appear in the drop-down menu.
